4. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere you go.

5. Invest in quality, non-processed, organic food.

6. Limit the junk food you bring into your house.

7. Phone on silent and upside down during work.

8. Before going bed write a physical to-do list.

9. Each day take 10 minutes to be still.
